Help your child ease the transition into a new school year with this fun and supportive yoga & breathwork workshop. Two separate sessions: Designed for ages 6–9 and 10–13, each session will include calming breath techniques, playful yoga movement, mindfulness activities, and tools to manage back-to-school jitters.

Kids will learn how to use their breath to feel grounded, confident, and in control—whether they're heading into a new classroom, meeting new teachers and friends, facing a big test, or just navigating change.

We'll explore positive affirmations, self-awareness, and ways to create calm when things feel overwhelming. Each child will leave with a few take-home tools to support their emotional well-being all year long.

INFINITE CAMPUS DOWN FOR UPDATES/MAINTENANCE

Infinite Campus will be down for updates/maintenance July 30th through August 1st. A notification will be sent out as soon as it is available again.

Parents/Guardians - if you still need to complete your Annual Update, the deadline will be moved to August 7th since you are not able to access the portal at this time.

RLO Football - If you still have not registered your high school football player through your Infinite Campus portal, you will need to complete those steps as soon as the site is back up.

August Fitness Center Update:
The Fitness Center will be closed for the month of August as we transition to the new space. More information coming soon!

Reviewing/updating your student's and family's information and completing the annual registration forms is an important and required step each year. This process is basically how you register your students for the upcoming school year :). It would be fantastic if we could have all of our returning families complete the Annual Update and registration forms by the end of this month (6/30). That's only a few days away!!
