Our fifth graders are putting their creativity and math skills to work as they design their own buildings for a virtual world activity in Teams!
They’re working together to plan and build their designs while we sneak in some multiplication practice through area and volume along the way. Who says math can’t be fun? 😉
These fifth graders are proving that learning doesn’t always have to happen with a pencil and paper!

Let's be honest — teaching 4K takes a special kind of person. You need the patience of a saint, the energy of a triple espresso, and the ability to tie 15 pairs of shoes before the bell even rings.
That's exactly why we're so excited to welcome Emily Bruce to our Random Lake School District family this year! 4K teachers spend their days teaching kids how to share, how to listen, and how to be a good friend — and we're so grateful to have someone with that kind of heart joining our Ramily.
Check out Mrs. Bruce's bio then comment 🎢 if you'd choose to go on a rollercoaster, or 🪂 if you'd rather skip straight to skydiving!

What a great experience for our Random Lake Music and Performing Arts group!
These students spent the morning at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee's Sing Out Festival, learning new music alongside 600 other high school student singers before performing in a concert at the historic Zelazo Center.
Opportunities like this push our students to grow as musicians, build confidence performing in new settings, and see what's possible when they invest in their craft.
So proud of how they represented Random Lake School District!

Our students wasted no time checking out the new playground! Lots of smiles, lots of fun, and plenty of energy being burned off!
The kids have been busy putting the slides, swings, climbing features, and every other corner to good use. We’re pretty sure a few of them would happily skip the bell and stay out there all day! 😂
We’re loving seeing our students enjoy their new space, have fun with their friends, and make plenty of memories along the way!
